To mark the first formation day of Telangana, State Department of Tourism and Culture is organising a 2-week-long celebration from June 2. Telangana was separated from Andhra Pradesh as the 29th state of India, with Hyderabad as its capital on 2nd June, 2014. The celebration will have several cultural and literary programmes on Telangana's rich history and struggle.
