Telangana allows new cars, bikes to be registered at showrooms

Telangana has allowed the registration of new two-wheelers and cars directly at authorised showrooms, ending need for vehicle buyers to visit Regional Transport Office for this purpose. Under the new system, dealers will submit online registration applications. Transport officials will verify application online, allot registration number digitally and send Registration Certificate (RC) to buyer.
