Telangana eyes tiers 2 & 3 cities for IT expansion

Telangana IT Minister D Sridhar Babu said the state government was selecting tier-2 and tier-3 cities to boost IT sector infrastructure on the lines of Hyderabad. He said the government would also initiate a reverse brain drain — where a state would enjoy a larger number of skilled people returning than going out — on a massive scale.
