Telangana HC grants bail to Union Minister Bandi Sanjay's son in POCSO case

The Telangana HC on Thursday granted regular bail to Union Minister Bandi Sanjay Kumar's son Bandi Sai Bhageerath in a POCSO case. His bail is subject to furnishing ₹1 lakh with two sureties and certain conditions. Bhageerath was taken into custody in May and granted interim bail to attend final examinations. He is accused of sexually assaulting a 17-year-old girl.
