Telangana launches ethanol-based EV charging technology

Telangana has introduced one-of-a-kind 150kW ethanol-based EV charging technology, capable of becoming operational within 72 hours while reducing carbon emissions by up to 80% compared to diesel alternatives. The innovation is aimed at strengthening EV infrastructure, lowering installation costs by over 50%, and supporting India's transition towards cleaner mobility.
