Telangana minister Surekha refuses to quit, dares Cong to sack her

Telangana Endowments and Forests Minister Konda Surekha has refused to step down from her post for allegedly violating the party discipline and challenged the Congress high command to sack her. Demands for Surekha's resignation rose after her daughter Konda Sushmita’s alleged outburst against CM Revanth Reddy at a meeting. "I'll neither respond to nor endorse my daughter’s remarks," Surekha said.
