Telangana official criticises state-run power firm on Facebook live; suspended

D Koteswara Rao, an official working with the Telangana State Southern Power Distribution Company Limited (TSSPDCL), was suspended for 'dereliction of duty' after his Facebook live video criticised the power company. According to the suspension order, Rao had gone live on Facebook "without obtaining permission from the management". In the video, Rao had alleged corruption by certain engineers.
