Telangana RTC buses set to go off roads as unions, govt talks fail

Telangana RTC unions will begin an indefinite strike from midnight on April 21 after talks with the state government over long-pending demands, including regularisation and payment of dues, failed. Unions rejected the government’s request for four weeks to review the demands, saying the issues are not new. They said the strike will continue until all demands are met.
