All motor vehicles from Andhra Pradesh entering Telangana will have to pay a separate quarterly tax from April 1, 2015, a government order issued on Monday decreed. Telangana's transport commissioner had earlier requested the Government to allow it to collect taxes after a High Court ruling granted successor states the power to decide on taxes after quarter-end March 31, 2015.
