Telangana's total COVID-19 cases reach 88,396; Hyd reports 356 cases

The total number of confirmed coronavirus cases in Telangana has reached 88,396 as 1,921 people tested positive for the virus, according to the state health department. Areas under the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) accounted for 356 of the new cases, followed by Medchal Malkajigiri at 168. Nine fatalities have been reported, taking the state's death toll to 674.
