Telegram approaches Delhi High Court against govt's ban order

After the government announced that messaging app Telegram will be banned in India for the NEET UG re-examination on June 21, the platform has approached Delhi High Court against the decision. Earlier, Telegram CEO Pavel Durov condemned the ban, saying, "The ban hasn't stopped anything. The leaks just moved to other apps."
