A total of 10 people, including a six-year-old, died in landslides in Assam's Karimganj and Hailakandi districts triggered by heavy rains on Wednesday, police officials said. The National Disaster Response Force has initiated rescue and relief operations in the area which has been hit by continuous rains for the past three days.
