Terrorism and talks cannot go hand in hand, India warns Pak

Stating India "honours" the ceasefire but will retaliate if Pakistan makes unprovoked attacks, Defence Minister Nirmala Sitharaman on Tuesday said, "Terror and talks cannot go hand in hand." She added, "When it is an unprovoked attack the Army was given the right to retaliate. We honour the ceasefire but...a margin was given to us when there is an unprovoked attack."
