‘Terrorists killed in home’: US encourages India, Pak to talk

US State Department spokesperson Matthew Miller on April 16 “encouraged India and Pakistan to avoid any escalation and find a resolution through dialogue”. He was responding to questions about reported statements by Indian PM Narendra Modi and Defence Minister Rajnath Singh on crossing borders to kill terrorists.
