Tesco chair John Allan to quit amid inappropriate touching claims

John Allan is set to quit as UK retailer Tesco's Chairman after being accused of inappropriately touching the bottoms of two women, including a senior staffer. "It's with regret that I'm having to prematurely stand down from my position...following...unsubstantiated allegations," Allan said. "There's no evidence of any wrongdoing...I remain determined to prove my innocence," the 74-year-old added.
