Tesla car sent to Mars now beyond its orbit: SpaceX

SpaceX has confirmed that the Tesla Roadster car which was launched towards Mars in February has travelled beyond its orbit. "Next stop, the restaurant at the end of the universe," SpaceX tweeted while sharing the Roadster's trajectory. The car, carrying a mannequin named 'Starman', will come within a few hundred thousand kilometres of Earth in 2091, according to a study.
