Tesla delivers record 308,600 cars worldwide in 4th quarter of 2021

Tesla on Sunday said it delivered 308,000 electric cars worldwide in the fourth quarter of 2021, beating its previous single-quarter record. Tesla's total sales for the year stood at more than 936,000, up about 87% over 2020's deliveries of just under half a million vehicles. Notably, Tesla joined the exclusive club of companies with $1 trillion market value in 2021.
