Tesla Gigafactory permit faces objection in Germany

Environmental groups in Germany have filed an official objection to a provisional permit from the Brandenburg environmental authority for the construction of a Tesla Gigafactory near Berlin, Reuters reported. Their objection claims Tesla has not sufficiently clarified what precautions it will take to prevent factory's highly poisonous gas from escaping. The groups might go to court after June 16.
