Tesla launched in Thailand, opens bookings for 2 EV models

Tesla has launched two electric vehicle (EV) models for the first time in Thailand. This is Elon Musk-owned US automaker's second foray into the Southeast Asian market after Singapore. Tesla aims to begin delivering Model 3 and Model Y in Thailand next year. The company currently has no plans to produce vehicles in Thailand, a company representative told Nikkei Asia.
