Tesla narrowly avoids getting hit by train as 'self-driving' mode fails
Dashcam footage released by auto journalist Lei Xing showed a Tesla running the latest Full Self-Driving (FSD) software failing to stop at a railroad crossing as a train approached. Despite flashing lights and train horns, the vehicle accelerated towards the tracks after initially appearing to stop. "Would've been run over by the train had I not braked," Xing said.
