Tesla CEO Elon Musk on Saturday said that the company's "Terafab Project" is set to launch in seven days. This project is Tesla's plan for a massive semiconductor manufacturing facility that combines logic chip production, memory, and advanced packaging in one domestic plant to support large-scale AI workloads. Tesla is designing its fifth-generation AI chip ​to power its autonomous ambitions.
