Tesla to open its showrooms in India in July, to sell China-made cars: Report

Elon Musk's Tesla will open the doors to its Mumbai showroom in mid-July, followed by its New Delhi showroom, Bloomberg reported. The automobile firm's Model Y rear-wheel drive made-in-China SUVs, the world's largest selling EV, have already arrived in the country. It has also imported Supercharger components, car accessories, merchandise and spares from US, China and the Netherlands.
