Tesla unveils supercomputer that will train its self-driving tech
Tesla has unveiled the company's in-house supercomputer that will be used to train its neural net-based self-driving technology. The supercomputer collects video from eight cameras on Tesla vehicles to train the system, Andrej Karpathy, the Director of AI at Tesla, explained. Tesla recently phased out radar sensors in some of its vehicles in a bid to achieve vision-only autonomous driving.
