Tesla whistleblower files $1mn countersuit against automaker
Martin Tripp, the Tesla 'whistleblower' accused of sabotage, has filed a $1-million countersuit against the automaker and Elon Musk, accusing his former employer of defaming him. Tripp claimed he has been forced to relocate and experienced "numerous threats to his personal safety". Tesla sued Tripp in June for allegedly sabotaging software in the automaker's manufacturing system and stealing data.
