Tesla's Model Y earns highest score under Euro NCAP's new protocol

Tesla's Model Y has earned highest overall score among any vehicle tested under the new safety protocol of European New Car Assessment Programme (Euro NCAP). The agency gave the electric crossover SUV a five-star rating after conducting safety tests. "Tesla [has] shown that nothing but the best is good enough for them," Euro NCAP's Security General Michiel van Ratingen said.
