Tewolde Gebremariam takes charge as Air India's CEO
Tewolde Gebremariam took charge as Air India's new CEO on Monday, succeeding Campbell Wilson. The Tata Group-owned airline introduced him at an employee town hall led by Chairman N. Chandrasekaran. Gebremariam brings nearly 40 years of experience at Ethiopian Airlines, including over 11 years as CEO, as Air India works to improve safety, reliability and financial performance.
