Texas jail warden, twin brother accused of shooting 2 migrants; 1 dead

An immigration jail warden and his twin brother in Texas have been arrested for allegedly shooting two migrants, one of them fatally, when the victims stopped to drink water near the US-Mexico border, authorities said. The injured person was taken to El Paso's Del Sol Medical Center for treatment. Eyewitnesses told authorities that the brothers shouted profanities at them.
