Texas residents can claim their share in $700 mn Google settlement

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton informed consumers that they can claim their share of $700 million Google antitrust set­tle­ment payout. The consumers who made purchases on the Google Play Store between August 2016 and September 2023 are eligible for the claim. Google has been found to have unlawfully monopolised the market of Android app distribution and in-app payment processing.
