T'gana bans public gatherings till Jan 2, New Year's party allowed with precautions

Telangana government has banned rallies and public gatherings till January 2. The government said other events involving congregation of people will be permitted, however, the organisers should ensure physical distancing at the venue, should not allow any person who is not wearing a face mask, and should arrange IR thermometers/thermal scanners at entry points to scan persons entering the venue.
