T'gana Collector cycles to hospital for surprise visit days after taking charge

Narayana Reddy, the Collector of Telangana's Nizamabad district, made a surprise visit to a government hospital on a bicycle three days after taking charge. Reddy interacted with the patients and visited several wards. After noticing that several doctors were not present, he ordered the hospital authorities to issue memos to the absentee doctors.
