Thai farmer forced to kill 125 critically endangered crocodiles due to damaged enclosure

A crocodile farmer in Thailand has said that he was forced to kill 125 critically endangered Siamese crocodiles after their enclosure was damaged by Typhoon Yagi. Calling it the "most difficult decision" of his life, he added, "My family and I discussed if the wall collapsed, the damage to people's lives would be far bigger than we can control."
