Thailand firm may invest ₹2,470 crore in India's Hotel Leela

A consortium including Thai conglomerate Minor International is reportedly considering an investment of about $350 million (₹2,470 crore) in Indian hospitality chain Hotel Leelaventure. "Minor is always on the lookout for good investment opportunities, which includes Hotel Leela," it said. The consortium would reportedly end up with a majority stake in Leelaventure if the transaction proceeds.
