Thailand govt official killed by ex-MP; 2nd shooting within a week

A former MP in Thailand, Chalong Reawraeng, shot and killed local government official Thongchai Yenprasert on Monday, BBC reported. He also shot Thongchai's driver in the arm before calling a political commentator to inform her about the shooting. The incident comes less than a week after a 14-year-old shot his grandparents and killed six other people at his school.
