Hours after the government withdrew Special Protection Group (SPG) cover of Rahul Gandhi, Sonia Gandhi and Priyanka Gandhi Vadra, Rahul Gandhi thanked SPG personnel who "worked tirelessly" to protect him and his family over the years. "Thank you for your dedication, your constant support & for a journey filled with affection & learning. It has been a privilege," he tweeted.
