Tharoor reacts to 'sad superheroes' pics from Kerala, asks 'Is there a context?'

Shashi Tharoor reacted to pictures of "sad superheroes" from Kerala posted by an Instagram user and wrote, "What are these amazing people doing dressed like this anyway? Is there a context? An explanation?" One of the pictures showed a person dressed in a Batman costume standing in the middle of a field with an umbrella.
