Congress leader Shashi Tharoor recalled his college days after a 1974 IIT Bombay picture went viral, saying, "Those were the days." The picture, shared by the IIT Bombay Alumni Association, features young Jairam Ramesh and Nandan Nilekani during a Delhi University fest. Jairam was part of an IIT Bombay team that had travelled to Delhi after winning a quiz competition.
