Tharoor's 'PM-India defeat' remark not party stance: Congress leader

Congress leader and former MP V Hanumantha Rao rejected Shashi Tharoor's statement that rejoicing at PM Modi's defeat is akin to celebrating India's defeat. "This may be his thinking...the party doesn't think that way," Rao said, adding that any other party would have taken action.
