Tharoor skips Congress meet, party denies that he is 'upset'

Congress leader Shashi Tharoor skipped meeting called to discuss party's preparations for Kerala Assembly elections amid reports of him being "upset" over not being given "due respect" during a recent event in Kochi. "He's not upset at all. He had a prior engagement at Kerala Literature Festival in Calicut, which is why he could not attend," Congress' Ramesh Chennithala said.
