Tharoor writes to labour minister, says 'normalise break culture'

Congress leader Shashi Tharoor wrote to Labour Minister Mansukh Mandaviya over work pressure and suggested introduction of mandatory sensitisation workshops in all establishments in India. "These workshops should normalise the culture of taking breaks," Tharoor said in letter. Last month, Tharoor met family of EY employee who died of a heart attack, allegedly due to excessive workload.
