Joe Kent, who resigned as National Counterterrorism Center chief over US' involvement in Iran war, dismissed President Donald Trump's claim that Iran was two weeks away from acquiring nuclear weapon. "That...did not exist," he stated. "They weren't three weeks ago when this started, and they weren't in June either," referring to US bombing of Iranian nuclear sites in June 2025.
