The death & destruction must stop: Rubio to Lavrov on Ukraine war

After peace talks in Istanbul, US Secretary of State Marco Rubio stressed the need to end the Ukraine war during a phone call with Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov. He repeated President Donald Trump's message- The death and destruction must stop. Rubio said the US has "presented a strong peace plan" and urged not to miss the opportunity.
