'The Shining' actor Joe Turkel passes away at the age of 94

Actor Joe Turkel, known for 'The Shining' and 'Blade Runner', passed away aged 94 in a hospital in California. He had a 40-year-long career with over 140 acting credits to his name. He retired from acting after doing voice acting for the 'Blade Runner' video game spinoff in 1997. He finished his memoir 'The Misery of Success' before his demise.
