The story behind Mumbai’s historic Horniman Circle

Karan Johar left Vijay Deverakonda and Rashmika Mandanna confused with an unexpected question about Horniman Circle on Koffee With Karan. Located in South Mumbai’s Fort area, this landmark was once known as Bombay Green, a trading ground for cotton and other goods. Renamed after journalist Benjamin Guy Horniman in 1947, it also has a connection to India’s freedom movement.
