The world’s first Pokémon-inspired airport is opening in Japan

Japan is set to launch the world’s first Pokémon-themed airport at Noto Peninsula on July 7, 2026. The airport will feature Pokémon-inspired interiors, artwork, food, and shopping experiences. The makeover aims to boost tourism and bring positivity to the region after the 2024 earthquake.
