There are 'bright blue ponds' in Moab desert in Utah

There is a collection of 'bright blue ponds' located along the Colorado River in the middle of the desert of Moab, Utah. Known as potash evaporation ponds, it contains high amounts of potassium and is mined to extract the element for creation of fertiliser. Dye is additionally added to the attraction to prompt the absorption of sunlight, creating different shades.
