UK PM Keir Starmer said there can be no discussion about Ukraine without Ukraine on the table. "The people of Ukraine must have a long-term secure future," he stated. Notably, Ukraine was not invited in the talks held in Saudi Arabia between Russia and US officials regarding ending Russia-Ukraine war. Starmer will meet US President Donald Trump on February 27.
