There was no power struggle: HDFC Bank's interim head as Chakraborty quits over 'ethical' issues

During a conference call, HDFC Bank interim Part-Time Chairman Keki Mistry has clarified that there was "no power struggle" at the board level after Atanu Chakraborty resigned as the bank's Part-Time Chairman, citing "ethical" concerns. "Differences on minor issues do come up from time to time but there was nothing material whatsoever...I mean human beings are human beings," he added.
