There was no skin, arms and legs left on her body: Mother of Delhi woman dragged by car

The mother of 20-year-old Anjali Singh, who died after being dragged by a car in Delhi on Sunday morning, has said, "There was no skin, arms and legs left on her body. I appeal for justice for my daughter." She added, "Police said that if rape is proven in post-mortem report, then rape charges will be invoked against the accused."
