Thick layer of smog blankets Delhi, several areas see 'severe' air
A thick blanket of smog covered Delhi on Saturday as the national capital recorded ‘very poor’ air quality, with an overall Air Quality Index (AQI) of 380 at 7 am, according to the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB). Several areas reported ‘severe’ air quality levels, including ITO area (429), Anand Vihar (428), Sarai Kale Khan (428), and Akshardham (420).
