Thief messages iPhone owner's sister, asks for password

In Dehradun's Clement Town, an iPhone stolen on September 12 took an unusual turn when the alleged thief contacted the owner's sister asking for the passcode. The owner's sister, Kaushiki Dhyani, questioned the police's delay despite family members providing CCTV footage of suspects and message screenshots. Dhyani also linked the suspects to similar campus thefts near local universities.
